Head of Risk & Intelligence
Rasmus is an honors graduate from the Danish Military Academy and brings more than 20 years of experience to the table. He has worked as an operational specialist for the Danish MoD in addition to his deployment to the ex-Yugoslavia & Afghanistan, where he operated in both specialist and management roles, earning him multiple commendations.
Senior Risk Advisor
Jimi brings over 25 years of experience from the Danish Ministry of Defence, where he held operational roles both at home and abroad. He has worked with a number of allied partners, strengthening his diplomatic skills and ability to navigate cross-cultural operational settings. Alongside his operational expertise, Jimi holds a degree in advanced computer studies and has specialized knowledge in risk management, operational security, and resilience. Jimi is also a certified ISO/IEC 27001:2022 auditor.
Senior Risk Advisor
Mikkel is originally educated at the Air Force Academy and began his career in the Air Force, combining technical expertise with operational experience. He later went on to serve in a number of branches under the Ministry of Defence, bringing more than 20 years of combined experience and a deep strategic understanding. With multiple deployments and international assignments behind him, Mikkel has gained extensive experience on Denmark’s strategic adversaries while working closely with allied defence partners.
Junior Risk Advisor
Duly is a multilingual young professional with a Bachelor’s in Government and International Relations from Externado de Colombia University and an MSc in Security Risk Management from the University of Copenhagen. She offers expertise in risk analysis and assessment, intelligence, and international politics, focusing on South American and Middle Eastern politics, security dynamics, and culture, strengthening Bright Bird’s expertise in global risk management.
Business Analyst
Magnus has an academic background in General Management & Analytics from Copenhagen Business School, combined with experience within the Danish-Ukrainian defence ecosystem, where he has facilitated collaborations and supported market entry. With a strong analytical foundation and a business-oriented mindset, Magnus supports Bright Bird in data-driven strategic analysis, AI-enabled solutions, and the optimization of internal processes to strengthen decision-making and operational efficiency.
Brand & Marketing
Kathrine brings a background in branding and marketing, with experience across strategic communication, digital platforms, and visual identity. She is responsible for Bright Bird’s branding, marketing, and communication activities.
Head of Operations
Kristoffer is a highly experienced professional with over 10 years as a paramedic and a background as a former army medic. During his military service, Kristoffer was deployed to the former Yugoslavia and Afghanistan, gaining extensive experience in high-pressure environments. As a trained close protection officer, Kristoffer has also served at the embassy in Kabul, combining medical expertise with operational awareness and skills to deliver safety and security in diverse settings.
Senior Risk Advisor
Anders brings extensive experience in operational problem-solving and risk management gained across both military and civilian sectors. He has worked in complex, high-risk environments where effective operational planning and well-founded solutions are essential to success. With his education as a project engineer, Anders exemplifies Bright Bird’s strategy by bridging the practical and analytical worlds, combining hands-on experience with data-driven insight.
Senior Risk Advisor
15 years of experience as a senior NCO and military leader in the Danish Armed Forces, including deployments to Kosovo and Afghanistan. Extensive close protection experience, including serving as team leader at the Danish Embassy in Kabul and providing protection for NATO Secretaries General Jens Stoltenberg and Mark Rutte. His experience spans high-risk environments across the Middle East and Ukraine, as well as high-level diplomatic settings, including the White House. He is also PHTLS trained in prehospital trauma care.
